Premier League giants Manchester United and Arsenal are keeping close eye on Monaco starlet Ruben Vinagre ahead of January move, according to the reports from Portugal.
The 18-year-old defender is yet to make an appearance for the defending Ligue 1 champions, Monaco’s first-team and being sent on loan to Championship outfit Wolves where he has impressed an attracted interest from the hosts of European clubs including the Premier League duo.
The left-back has impressed at Molineux, where he has scored one goal in eight games, and his form has put the main reason why hosts of European clubs are keen on to sign him.
Record suggest that bot Premier League giants Manchester United and Arsenal are expressing a strong interest in Vinagre. However, the Ligue 1 defending champions are determined to keep hold of the highly-rated teenager as they consider him as a future star.
The 18-year-old defender has made three appearances for the Portugal’s Under-19 team, and they won the European Championships with the U17 side last year.
It’s believed that the Merseyside Blues also weigh up a move for Vinagre.
