Antonio Conte has called on his Chelsea forwards to be more clinical to lead the champions’ Premier League title defence.

Alvaro Morata is Chelsea’s top scorer with eight Premier League goals this term while Eden Hazard, who missed the start of the season due to ankle surgery, has three top-flight goals.

Willian, meanwhile, scored the goal that secured a 1-1 draw against Liverpool at Anfield on Saturday which followed on from a brace in the 4-0 Champions League away win over Qarabag earlier in the week.

Despite his side having scored six goals in three Premier League matches, Conte wants to see his Chelsea forwards improve in front of goal and aim to score more goals per match.

Speaking at a press conference to preview Chelsea’s home game with Swansea, Conte was asked about Willian’s form of late, to which Conte replied: “It is very important to be a good finisher especially if you play in those roles.
