The Portuguese has been rewarded for his outstanding performances of late
Cristiano Ronaldo has been rewarded for his fantastic performances of late with a boosted FIFA 18 card.
The 33-year-old scored just four goals in his first 14 La Liga games of the season and some were concerned his best days were behind him.
Yet, like a true world class player, the 33-year-old turned things around in recent weeks, netting seven times in his last four league games including a hat trick against Real Sociedad last weekend.
The recent flood of goals brings his tally for the season to 23, more than he had at the same stage last season when he went on to be crowned the Ballon d’Or winner.
As a result, the Portuguese received a place in the coveted Team of the Week – his first IF card in FIFA 18.
The upgraded card boasts a massive 96 overall rating – with 92 pace, 96 shooting and 93 dribbling.
Earlier this week, we revealed that Ronaldo was in line for a FIFA 18 ratings boost – despite calls from many gamers for his stats to be downgraded.
Maybe calls for his FIFA 19 rating to be downgraded were a tad premature?
Keep up the good form, Ronnie.
