Cinderella – the Fairy Godmother of all pantomimes – is coming to the Liverpool Empire this Christmas.
This stage performance has been put together by the world’s biggest pantomime producer Qdos Entertainment and has all the ingredients of a perfect panto: beautiful costumes, stunning scenery, special effects and plenty of laugh-out-loud comedy for all the family to enjoy.
Among the cast is former member of pop band Blue Duncan James, who plays Prince Charming. James has recently featured as a regular character in Channel 4’s long-running soap Hollyoaks and has previous experience on the stage having appeared in productions like Chicago, Legally Blonde and Priscilla, Queen of the Desert.
Elsewhere, comedian John Evans plays Buttons and Jodie Prenger – winner of BBC One’s “I’d Do Anything” which sought to find a new Nancy for a West End revival of classic British musical Oliver! in 2008 – plays the Fairy Godmother.
The show will run between December 16th to January 7th and you can still book your place on any of the days by buying tickets through the ATG website.
Liverpool’s Empire Theatre is located next door to Lime Street Station, Liverpool, Merseyside, L1 1JE.
