Allegri happy at Juventus

Juventus head coach Max Allegri has insisted that he is content with his stay in Turin despite the ongoing speculation associating him with the likes of Arsenal and Chelsea.

The 50-year-old has guided the Bianconeri to three successive League and Cup doubles, and he is on course to repeat the feat at the end of the current season.

Despite this, there has been plenty of gossip regarding his future with Premier League duo Arsenal and Chelsea alleged to be interested in his services.

Speaking in an interview with Mediaset Premium, however, Allegri appeared to dismiss the speculation saying: “I have a contract until 2020 and I am happy here. I am in harmony with the club. I go on vacation when the transfer window opens because I trust the club completely.”

Chelsea are currently weighing up the future of manager Antonio Conte, and he is being tipped to be sacked irrespective of the club’s league finish this term.

On the other hand, Arsenal may also end their two-decade association with Arsene Wenger, should they fail to win the Europa League title, which remains the club’s sole route to Champions League football next term.
